Mercy Zechariah
Lead Pastor, I AM Global Christian Centre · Vision Carrier, Warriors Arise
Pastor Mercy is the Lead Pastor of I AM Global Christian Centre (IGCC), a church with a clear mandate to build glorious destinies who will overcome and dominate their spheres of influence. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, leadership development, and community, she is passionate about raising believers who know Christ deeply, live purposefully, and influence the world for His glory.
She is also the Vision Carrier of Warriors Arise, the flagship leadership and prophetic movement of IGCC. Warriors Arise exists to prepare believers, professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, and emerging leaders to discern the times, align with God's purposes, and become among the top 1% of contributors within their spheres of influence by 2030.
Beyond her pastoral ministry, Pastor Mercy is the Founder and Lead Consultant of ARETE Global Leadership Consulting, where she partners with organizations and leaders to develop future-ready leadership, strengthen strategic thinking, and build resilient, high-impact teams. Her work uniquely integrates biblical wisdom with leadership strategy, helping individuals and institutions navigate a rapidly changing world with clarity, excellence, and purpose.
Pastor Mercy is also an author whose books challenge readers to grow in courage, leadership, and intentional living. Her published works include Warrior in Heels, Warrior in Boots, Future Proof, and Strategic Leadership from the Bible.
A defining expression of her ministry is the 52 Days of Completion, an annual prophetic journey that precedes Warriors Arise. Over 52 consecutive days, participants gather to seek God's direction, receive spiritual and strategic insight, and prepare intentionally for the year ahead. This initiative reflects her enduring conviction that preparation is a spiritual responsibility.
Her passion is to see believers move beyond attendance to transformation — becoming disciples who lead with integrity, serve with excellence, and bring Kingdom influence into every sphere of society, including government, business, education, technology, media, family, the arts, sports, non-profit organizations, and ministry.
Above all, Pastor Mercy is a devoted wife and the joyful mother of one. She believes that leadership begins with faithful stewardship at home and that healthy families are foundational to lasting societal transformation.
Whether through the ministry of IGCC, the Warriors Arise movement, leadership consulting, writing, or mentorship, Pastor Mercy remains committed to one mission: to raise glorious destinies that overcome, lead with excellence, and faithfully dominate their spheres of influence for the glory of God.
